Withdrawing from Southwestern

Students who wish to completely withdraw from Southwestern are required to complete a signed withdrawal form available at the Registrar's Office.

Students may withdraw from Southwestern without grade penalty anytime during a semester up to the first day of final exams. Upon withdrawal, the student will receive a grade of "W" for each course of enrollment. An exit interview may be requested.

Courses which have grades of "W" are not considered in computing grade point averages.
