The Administrator Mentoring ProjectThe Administrator Mentoring Program is available to early care and education staff in supervisory positions. The project provides:
Research has shown that childcare quality and sustainability is greatly influenced by the expertise of the leadership in a program. Therefore, training is designed to provide various topics in both program management and early childhood education. Centers and providers are expected to sign a participation contract. Services are available to Clarke, Decatur, Lucas, Ringgold, and Union counties. Services may be contracted for a fee in all other counties.
