Spartans scores win after long layoff
Southwestern was playing their first game in 16 days
today against Graceland JV. SWCC jumped out to an early 11-2 lead
and never looked back. At halftime the Spartans saw their lead swell
to 39-14. Laurice Ellison lead the way in the second half with 14
of his 18 points. The final score was 82-42. Terrance Morgan had a
game high 19 and Tyler Raasch was also in double figures with 11.
SWCC improves to 6-2 on the season.
They take on Southeast on Monday in a make up game.
That will be the last contest before Christmas.
