Adjustment of Awards
Financial Aid is awarded based on a number of factors
which include, but are not limited to:
- Student need as determined by the EFC from the FAFSA and the student's
cost of attendance as determined by the Financial Aid Office
- Degree-seeking versus non-degree-seeking
- Program of Study
- Enrollment Status/Withdrawal
- Grade Level
- Dependency Status
- Residency Status
- Housing Status
- Citizenship
- Academic Standards (Financial Aid and Student Services)
- High School Academic Performance
- Eligibility for specific programs outside of federal, state and
institutional programs, i.e. Foster Care, Veterans Benefits, WIA,
etc.
- Available funding
Since all of these factors can have an impact on a student's financial
aid awards, plesae contact the Financial Aid Office whenever any changes
occur.
If you would like specific information about the adjustment of awards,
