Admissions Representative
Individual must be highly energetic
with strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication,
human relations and computer skills.
Primary responsibility is to recruit and assist students with entry
to Southwestern, attend high school visits and college fairs, manage
telephone recruiting, and other admissions duties as assigned. Must
be willing to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Position is full time including benefits.

Individual is responsible for assisting the Financial Aid Director
in the dissemination of financial aid information, forms and
procedures to future and current students and their families.
The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent
communication skills including experience with the public, and
have computer knowledge. Position is full time, including full
time benefits; pay is $8.50 per hour. Applications will be accepted

TriUMPH Preschool Specialist
Individual will assist the TriUMPH
Director to fulfill the goals and objectives of the TriUMPH Early
Childhood program; work with the TriUMPH/Collaborative staff to
assist participating centers and programs in achieving annual goals
and attaining accreditation, supervise Head Start staff, provide
on-site support to preschool teachers and staff; provide on-site
center support to other programs as assigned; and other duties essential
to the early childhood program.
Qualifications include a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Early
Childhood, HDFS, Education, or related field. Master’s degree
and/or teacher licensure preferred. Must meet qualifications as
a CDA advisor and have a valid driver's license. This is a full-time
(10 month) grant funded position.
