Employee contribution = 4.1%; Employer contribution = 6.35%

Life Insurance (for Full-time Employees)
Annual salary rounded to the next thousand x 1.75; then rounded
to the next thousand. Optional additional life insurance available.
Long-term Disability Insurance (for Full-time Employees)
Eligible after 90 days, then 60% of regular earnings
Vacation and Sick Leave (for Full-time Employees and Regular
Part-time Employees)
Vacation and sick leave accrual will begin on the first date of
employment; accrual rates vary based on employment status (i.e.
full-time, part-time, etc.)

Tuition and Fee Remission (for Full-time Employees)
Employees and their dependents may apply for waiver of tuition
and fees for courses at SWCC based on eligibility criteria.
