Need assistance? Please ensure you've done the following:
- If you have an existing trial version of Office on your computer, make sure you have uninstalled it first.
- Microsoft will send an email to your SWCC account with instructions on setting up a Microsoft account. Please make sure you follow these instructions carefully, and make note of the username and password you create for Microsoft (SWCC I.T. staff are unable to reset this if you forget what it is).
