Southwestern Community College (SWCC) offers a partnership program with William Penn University to offer an RN-BSN program locally on SWCC's Creston campus.  Courses are offered one day per week in the Allied Health and Science Center.

William Penn offers the RN-BSN program in four locations across Iowa:  Clive, Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, and Southwestern Community College in Creston.
