Congratulations to Chuck Hulett of Creston for winning the Ithica side-by-side 28 gauge shotgun given in this year’s Southwestern Community College sports shooting raffle, drawn for at the High Lakes Outdoor Alliance banquet on Thursday, Oct. 13, at Three Mile Lodge in Afton.

Each year, the sports shooting program has a raffle fundraiser.  This year, 250 tickets were sold for the drawing.  The raffle profits are split with MidwayUSA Foundation, who donates the gun.  Midway then provides incentives by donating extra funds if all raffle tickets are sold.  This raffle fundraiser raised approximately $7,500 for the sports shooting team.
