Payment options include:
FINANCIAL AID - If you have been awarded a financial aid package from the financial aid office and have enough to cover the current semester, excess aid may be used to purchase books and supplies at our bookstore, the SWCC Shoppe. Any aid remaining will be refunded; check SWCC's Master Calendar for refund dates.
MAIL - Payments may be mailed to the attention of Student Accounts at any of our campuses. Please include your student ID number on the check.
IN-PERSON - Payments by cash, check, money order, and credit card may be made at the business office. If the check is written from a bank located outside the United States, please contact the business office for further assistance.
PHONE - We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit and debit cards.
E-CASHIER - You may set up a student payment plan online. Payment plans for Southwestern Community College students are administered through Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS). Learn the benefits, as well as your options, when setting up a tuition payment plan.
