Help Desk Diploma

SWCC's help desk program is designed to help students gain employment in the computer field.  The diploma program can also be partnered with one of SWCC's other computer options--business systems networking, management information systems, or Web design.  Completion of the help desk diploma program will help you maximize your computer capabilities to become a resource in technological problem solving and troubleshooting.  The help desk diploma program is targeted to individuals who have previous computer knowledge.
