Student and serverSouthwestern's Computer Club offers students opportunities to function in leadership roles, participate in field trips to IT processing centers, meet and interview industry leaders, and participate in monthly events and games. 

The club meets every Tuesday at 8:45 a.m.

Computer Club Participates in Creston STEM Event

ITSN STEMRumy Kabir, information technology systems networking program instructor, and three members of the Southwestern Community College (SWCC) Computer Club participated in the St Malachy School STEM Night on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., at St. Malachy School in Creston.

During the event, Kabir and the SWCC students provided technology-related demonstrations, games, and activities for St. Malachy pre-K through eighth grade students.

STEM is a statewide program promoting students interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
