NAMI-SWCC students and staff attended the National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA) walk in Iowa City on Saturday, April 28, 2018.
The walk was a fundraiser that raised awareness and vital funds to support the fight against eating disorders, to inspire others, and to break away the stigma surrounded by eating disorders.
NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) on Campus-SWCC is a student-led, student-run mental health awareness and advocacy club at Southwestern Community College. Their mission is to raise the dialogue and break down the barriers associated with talking about mental health
