Two Southwestern Community College (SWCC) employees, Denise Kelley of Afton and Deb Roberts of Corning, were among the honorees at the Community Colleges for Iowa 2023 Awards, taking place during the inaugural Community Colleges Convention and Tradeshow, held on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2023, at the Hilton Des Moines. Kelley, SWCC controller, was honored as an outstanding staff member. Roberts, SWCC mathematics instructor, was honored as an outstanding faculty member.
