Interested in joining the SWCC Drama Club? If so, plan to attend the first meeting (complete with pizza!) this Thursday, Sept. 5, at 6:30 p.m., in the Instructional Center, room 140.

Each year, the SWCC Drama Club presents a full-length play during the spring semester and a smaller play in the fall. The spring 2020 play will be “Love Letters,” with a March production date (prior to spring break).

This year, there is a new component to the SWCC Drama Club as well. The group will be doing monthly improv meetings and the club is hoping to attend a live showing of Whose Live is it Anyway at Hoyt Sherman in Des Moines on Nov. 23 (tickets are limited and must be ordered soon!).

If you can’t make it to Thursday’s meeting but would still like to join the drama club, please contact Kelly Marcus, SWCC Drama Club sponsor.
