Tip 3: Need to boost your immune system? Try increasing your vitamin C levels. You can do this by eating raw fruits and veggies (green and red peppers are great for this!). Don't forget your broccoli and cauliflower, they have the highest amount of vitamin C for you. When all else fails, eat an orange.

Tip 4: Sometimes our immune systems can use a little extra help, good thing Vitamin E has got us covered! Foods that can help you increase your vitamin E in-take include almonds, peanuts, spinach, and broccoli.
