Southwestern provides industrial training to meet the individual needs of area businesses and industries.
The Industrial New Jobs Training (260E) Program provides businesses that are expanding their workforce with training funds. Eligible businesses divert withholding taxes generated by the new jobs to Southwestern at no additional cost to the employer or employee.
The Iowa Jobs Training (260F) Program provides job training services for existing employees of eligible businesses located in Iowa. Employers will work with a consultant to assess training needs, determine funds available, and to provide training.
