Student Housing

Deciding where to live plays a huge part in determining your college experience!  SWCC has options for you to consider as you make your decisions.  Living on campus offers you opportunities to be close to classes and close to the fun!  Plus, it's a great way to meet other SWCC students.

On-campus living includes a meal plan at the Spartan Cafe as well, so your parents won't have to worry about you going hungry!  The Spartan Cafe is located at the SWCC Student Center and is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. through 7 p.m. and Sunday, 4-7 p.m.

SWCC has four residence halls: West Hall, a traditional dormitory; Spartan Suites, coed apartment-style residence hall; Spartan Court, coed apartment-style residence hall; and Spartan Hall, coed apartment-style residence hall.

All of SWCC's on-campus housing is located on the southeast edge of campus (north side of Townline Street).  SWCC dormitories are equipped with security cameras to provide safety to SWCC students and visitors.

By living in SWCC's on-campus housing, you'll be a short walk from classes and from Creston's YMCA.  Browse the student housing links in the drop-down menu to the left to learn more about each facility.  If you decide to live on-campus, get your application in early.  Housing fills up fast!

NOTE:  After the July 1 contract deadline, students who have not returned their housing contracts will be removed from the housing list and rooms will be reassigned.
