Various student activities are being planned for the month of November at SWCC! Students, watch for registration information and plan to join in the fun at these activities:
- Capture the Flag, Thursday, Nov. 2, noon, Spartan Suites - Meet at the Spartan Suites lobby at 12 p.m. to divide into teams. Then work with your team to capture the flag and return it to your side of campus. Dress warm. Need not pre-register for this event.
- Group Trivia Night, Wednesday, Nov. 8, 7:30 p.m., Spartan Suites lobby - Watch for sign-up sheets outside Tracey Evans' office in the Student Center. For this event, you will need to sign up as a team of four. Questions will be from various categories. There will be prizes for the winning teams!
- Rock-Paper-Scissors Night, Wednesday, Nov. 15, 8 p.m., Student Center gym - Watch for sign-up sheets outside of Tracey Evans' office in the Student Center. Students will compete individually in a single-elimination rock-paper-scissors tournament. Prizes awarded to the winners!
- Lip Sync Battle, Tuesday, Nov. 28, 8 p.m., Student Center gym - Teams of 6-10 students will choose a song and come up with a routine that will last 30-60 seconds. Song must be approved by Kenny Namanny or Aleesha Cleaver prior to performance. Teams must be pre-registered by Nov. 27. A panel of judges will decide the winners and prizes will be awarded.
