AC/GC First Place Welding Contest team

High school students were on Southwestern Community College's campus today, Thursday, March 24, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., competing in the 2022 Welding Skills Challenge and Industry Career Fair.

Industry Career Fair displayers included Altec, Dalton Ag Products, Miller Welders, Paul Mueller Company, Precision Pulley Inc., Vermeer Corporation, and Wellman Dynamics. A pizza lunch was provided by the Iowa Intermediary Network.
