Creston Community High School is hosting its annual cross country meet on SWCC's campus, starting at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 19.
Students and staff should expect an increase in traffic in the parking lots on Tuesday, starting around 2:30 p.m., as teams begin to arrive.
The course for the meet will cover the grass field west of Spartan Court, around SWCC's baseball and softball fields, and the outskirts of Crestmoor Golf Club. It is the same 5K course that will be used when SWCC hosts the Region 11 Cross Country Championships on Friday, Oct. 27.
A total of 19 teams are expected to compete in Tuesday's two-class meet.
