The Southwestern Community College (SWCC) professional music department will host a Jazz Recital on Thursday, Feb. 16, at 7 p.m., in the Instructional Center, room 520. The recital will feature music and historical notes of African-American singers and composers.
The Creston Human Rights Coalition has a number of events planned throughout the month of February (see flyer above) to celebrate Black History Month. All SWCC students and employees are invited to attend. Furth details may be found on the “Creston Human Rights Coalition” Facebook page.
