Summer Residence Hall Application

Please fill out and submit the housing application below to apply for on-campus housing at SWCC. 

The deposit fee is required to secure placement on the housing list.  If you want to pay your dorm deposit by credit card (MasterCard, Discover, or Visa), please call 800.247.4023, ext. 448.

The residence halls will be available from May 13, 2022 to August 6,2022.

Payment

I understand and agree that:

  1. The daily fee of $15 (for SWCC students) or $25 (for non-SWCC Students) will provide room accommodations only.  
  2. I must pre-pay for the days I plan to live in the residence halls.
  3. If I do not properly check out of my room I will forfeit my deposit.  An appointment to check out must be made with the residence hall director or housing coordinator.  All summer residents need to be checked out no later than August 7, 2021. 
  4. Southwestern reserves the right to refuse any application for housing.  The housing deposit will be returned in cases where the housing applicant is refused. 
  5. This contract is good for the summer session only.  A student must submit another application for the fall. 
  6. I have read and understood the Resident Rules and Regulations section of the Residence Hall Handbook. 

BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, I AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PROVISIONS SET OUT IN THE ABOVE SECTION OF THIS CONTRACT.
