The Southwestern Community College (SWCC) Chamber Singers will be presenting Holiday Carols in Concert in the SWCC Performing Arts Center on Sun., December 13, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets prices for the Creston concert are $10 for general admission and $5 for students and senior citizens.
The concert will feature works by Bach, Mendelssohn, Puerling, Mattson, Maddux, and Christiansen. Students come to Creston from across the country and even outside of the United States to complete Southwestern’s professional music degree. The talent of this group is incredible. The Southwestern Community College Chamber Singers were on tour last week in the Des Moines area presenting "Holiday Carols in Concert." A free-will offering was taken.
