The public is invited to attend a groundbreaking ceremony for the Southwestern Community College (SWCC) Transportation Training Center on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 10 a.m., at the SWCC Ag Site, north of the Creston campus on Green Valley Road.
Light refreshments will be provided.
During November 2023, SWCC was awarded a $665,000 grant by Iowa Workforce Development for the addition of a CDL training program. Denovo Construction Solutions of West Des Moines is the contractor for the project.
