Southwestern Community College’s annual Donor/Scholar Dinner was held on Thursday, Sept, 17, 2026, bringing together approximately 170 donors, scholarship recipients, and members of the college community for an evening of connection and celebration. The event recognized the generosity of donors who invest in the success of SWCC students and provided an opportunity for scholarship recipients to share how that support is making a difference in their educational journeys.
Guests heard remarks from three student speakers—Jaxson Greene, Emma Boswell, and Jaelynn Christensen—who shared their experiences at Southwestern and expressed their gratitude to the donors whose generosity helps make their educational goals possible.
The evening served as a meaningful reminder of the lasting impact of scholarships and the important partnership between Southwestern Community College, its donors, and its students.
