LOCATION - CRESTON, IOWA

The coordinator of the emergency medical and related (EMS) training program is directly responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of educational goals and objectives, and ensuring program compliance with IDPH Bureau of Emergency and Trauma Services (BETS) standards. Individual coordinates all EMS training programs and American Heart Association (AHA) training programs, as well as other related training programs. These responsibilities require leadership in both academic and workforce areas; directing and participating in educational planning; program organization; staffing, training, and supervising instructors; evaluating program instructors and student performance; motivating and advising students; developing and maintaining the program budget; and generating program reports as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in health-related field and/or EMS training and experience for at least five years.
