LOCATION - CRESTON, IOWA
Individual will be responsible for ensuring educational program goals and compliance with IDOT, US Department of Transportation, and FMCSA standards. This role involves overseeing CDL, school bus, and motorcycle training programs, leading and maintaining curriculum development, scheduling classes, managing the budget, and evaluating instructors and student performance. Responsibilities also include recruiting and supervising instructors, maintaining program materials, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies with an opportunity to become a certified examiner. The individual will provide direct instruction in courses as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, Commercial CDL Class A is required, with endorsements is a plus, a minimum of 2 years driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) requiring a Class A CDL is required, and an acceptable driving record with manual transmission experience and proficient backing ability.
