LOCATION - CRESTON, IOWA
Individual will be responsible for leading Southwestern Community College’s men's and women’s wrestling programs including the recruiting, coaching, and the overall direction of each program within the athletic department. The director’s primary role in the 2026-27 academic year will be recruiting to field a full team for the men’s and women’s programs for the following academic year. Roster numbers will be communicated through the athletic director and dean of student services. The director of wrestling programs will be responsible for directing a camp during the summer months and assisting with all Southwestern athletic fundraising activities.
Qualifications include previous coaching and recruiting experience with a proven commitment to excellence and a minimum of an associate degree with a bachelor's degree preferred. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.
