LOCATION - CRESTON, IOWA
The Information Services Assistant provides first-point-of-contact customer service by supporting students, faculty, staff, and visitors with technology and library services. Primary responsibilities include technical support requests, online searching of databases, providing reference service, and coordinating processing of materials and equipment. In addition, the Information Services Assistant uses initiative and judgment in applying established library/media principles and procedures to new situations or problems as they arise.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or an Associate of Arts degree with prior experience in a media/library assistant or information technology support position, and the knowledge and abilities to successfully perform the assigned duties.
