Jeremy Fox, SWCC professional music graduate (’96) and former professional music instructor (2002-2010), has been nominated for a Grammy in the “Best arrangement, instruments and vocals” category. The nomination is for his arrangement of “All My Tomorrows,” featuring vocalist Kate McGarry and flugelhorn player Jared Hall. The arrangement is from his “With Love” album, which is available on iTunes and Amazon.
According to Fox’s website, “The track features more than 40 orchestral players, piano (Daniel Strange), guitar (Rene Toledo), bass (Geoff Saunders), and drums (Michael Piolet).”
The 57th Grammy Awards are being held this weekend in Los Angeles, CA. The live awards show will be broadcast on CBS starting at 7 p.m. Sunday night.
