Six Southwestern Community College (SWCC) business and information technology students competed during the 2025 Business Professionals of America (BPA) National Student Leadership Conference, held during May in Orlando, and brought home various placings including two second place national finishes.

The Southwestern Community College (SWCC) art department is hosting In the Making, a student all-media art exhibition, on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 6-8 p.m., at the Creston Historic Depot art gallery at 116 W. Adams Street, in Creston.
